(I) Material Innovation, Laying the Foundation for Superior Sealing

1、High-Weatherability EPDM Rubber: For PV module frame seals, HaO uses high-weatherability EPDM rubber with ozone resistance exceeding 1000pphm, ensuring a service life of up to 25 years in harsh outdoor environments. Its unique formula incorporates a carbon black shielding layer and utilizes vapor-phase silica (SiO₂) to coat rubber molecular chains, forming a nano-shielding layer with UV transmittance below 0.1%, effectively resisting UV aging of the rubber. Meanwhile, it introduces a microencapsulated polybutadiene (particle size 5μm) self-repairing system that automatically releases repair agents when rubber cracks occur, significantly enhancing material durability.

2、Fluorosilicone Rubber (FVMQ): For inverter coolant pipe seals, HaO selects fluorosilicone rubber (FVMQ), which exhibits excellent resistance to ester-based coolants. After 1000 hours of immersion testing, its volume change rate (ΔV) is less than 3%, effectively preventing coolant leakage and avoiding a series of failures caused by coolant leakage, ensuring stable inverter operation.

3、Thermoplastic Elastomer (TPE-S): HaO uses TPE-S material for junction box waterproof seals, which features laser-weldable properties, improving assembly efficiency by 50% compared to traditional sealing methods. 1、Hollow Airbag Sealing Structure: For dual-glass module frames, HaO has designed a hollow airbag sealing structure. This structure features pneumatic self-adaptation, with installation speed three times faster than traditional sealing methods, while effectively reducing component hidden crack rates by 60%. During installation, the airbag can automatically adjust air pressure according to the actual conditions of the frame, ensuring tight sealing and avoiding component damage caused by improper installation.

2、Double-Lip Oil Seal with Oil Reservoir: The rotating shaft parts of tracking brackets require frequent rotation, imposing high requirements on sealing and lubrication. HaO's double-lip oil seal with oil reservoir structure not only effectively prevents dust, moisture, and other impurities from intruding but also continuously lubricates the rotating shaft through the oil reservoir, extending the maintenance cycle from 1 year to 5 years, significantly reducing maintenance costs and improving equipment operational reliability.

3、Thermal Conductive Gasket: String inverters generate a large amount of heat during operation. If not dissipated in a timely manner, it will affect their performance and lifespan. HaO's thermal conductive gasket has a thermal conductivity as high as 3W/m·K, effectively conducting heat generated by the inverter and reducing temperature by 15℃, thereby extending inverter lifespan by 30%. Meanwhile, this gasket also offers excellent sealing performance, preventing dust and moisture from entering the inverter.

4、Closed-Cell Foamed EPDM Float Sealing: For floating power station floats, HaO uses closed-cell foamed EPDM material with a density of 0.6g/cm³, providing 20% higher buoyancy and 35% lower cost compared to traditional materials.
